BeautyFirst In-Store Merchandise Returns
- All Clearance sales are final.
- Return or exchange on retail products and appliances within 60 days of purchase and when accompanied by original sales receipt and original packaging.
- Exchange ONLY after 60 days of purchase when accompanied by original sales receipt and original packaging.
- Product must be at least 50% full at time of return.
- Appliances must be in re-sellable condition.
- Refunds will be given through the same method of purchase
(cash, credit, debit etc.)
BeautyFirst Gift Cards
ALL GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL.

BeautyFirst gift cards may be used for retail and/or salon services at any BeautyFirst location. However, we are unable to accept them as a form of payment for online purchases at this time. To check your gift card balance, please call Customer Service at 1.888.beauty1.
