BeautyFirst In-Store Merchandise Returns
____________________________________________________________________
Most
products may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase
with a receipt.
Returnable
products without a receipt will be issued a store credit for the current selling
price.
The following products are not
eligible for return:
~ Clearance Items
~ Opened Cosmetics
~ Nail Polish
~ Combs and Brushes
~ Hair Accessories
- including extensions
Returned appliances are processed as follows:
~ Appliances
may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
~ Defective appliances
with a receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
~ Defective
appliances with a receipt after 30 days of purchase will be processed by the
manufacturer's guidelines in their warranty/guarantee policy.
~ With each appliance
purchase, BeautyFirst will provide an additional receipt with instruction outlining
the warranty/guarantee of each appliance manufacturer.
BeautyFirst Gift Cards

BeautyFirst gift cards may be used for retail and/or salon services at any
BeautyFirst location. However, we are unable to accept them as a form of payment
for online purchases at this time. To check your gift card balance, please call
Customer Service at 1.888.beauty1, ext. 708.
Salon Service Policy

BeautyFirst delights in Customer Satisfaction. If you have had a service performed
in one of our salons that did not meet your expectations, we want to know!
